Riess Construction’s New 5,600 Square-foot Office & Equipment Storage Facility & Shop Area

On October 2, 2003 Riess Construction celebrated its fifth anniversary with the opening of their new facility on Lovejoy Road off Mayhew Turnpike in Plymouth, New Hampshire. Riess Construction is very proud of the group of employees we have representing us. Several of our foreman and employees have been with us from almost the beginning.

Without them we would not be able to provide the quality level of service our clients have come to expect. We depend on our staff to represent who we are and hold up to our expectations.



Riess Construction Celebrates 10 Years

Riess Construction held an open house on October 10, 2008 inviting their employees, friends and colleagues to help celebrate 10 years in the construction industry. On October 1, 2008 Riess Construction, LLC celebrated their 10th Anniversary.

Riess Construction, LLC is the collective effort of three brothers, Mike, Pat and Rob Riess, who offer over 90 years of combined experience in the construction industry. Using their skills, experience and determination, the brothers started their first day of work October 1, 1998. The first job they took on was a small deck for a few hundred dollars, now, ten years later; they balance half a million dollar contracts and 80,000 sq ft buildings.

Starting out in 1998 the brothers never thought they would have more than a few employees, things have changed over the years, as their staff has peaked at 30 employees. They have evolved from a one room office to a new facility designed by them and built by them. The new facility includes a wood framed office building and a pre-engineered steel building that serves as their shop. The new accommodations allow them space to meet with clients and also house their fleet of equipment, trucks and machinery which includes a 40 Ton Grove crane that you will find working on their job sites.” Having your own equipment allows us a competitive edge in the market”, says Pat Riess one of the co-owners.
The 10th Anniversary Open House occurred on an exquisite fall evening in Plymouth, New Hampshire. With the leaves peaking and the weather perfect Pat, Mike and Rob Riess began welcoming guests at 5:30 in the evening. The Riess Construction shop had been transformed to host the evening’s approximate 125 guests. Guests were treated to snack and hours’ devours catered by Biederman’s Deli and commemorate 10th Anniversary T-Shirts. It is safe to say that the 10th Anniversary for Riess Construction was quite a celebration!
